CANDLE HOLDER: PINK PORCELAIN FEATURING 'MUNICPAL SQUARE LEICESTER'
This souvenir candle holder belonged to Mrs D. Hunt, a long time resident of Subiaco. The holder is pale pink, with gold trim around fluted edge. The base is saucer shaped, with white handle on one side. The holder is in centre of base and is 45 mm in height. It also has fluted rim with gold trim. On opposite side to handle is a small raised cone for candle snuffer. A black and white transfer of the 'Municipal Square, Leicester' decorates the base in one area.
