Overview

Disk surmounted by two scrolls and a ring for a chain to pass through. On the face is a shield featuring the old coat of arms of Subiaco, surrounded by a scroll inscribed 'Subiaco Municipal Council' in raised letters. At its base is a swan flanked by the letters 'W' and 'A'. The reverse is inscribed as follows: Presented to Geo. Hearn Esq. In appreciation of services rendered as Councillor 1924-1926.
