Overview
Name: Encrusted Book
Booklet with gold on silk centre strip. The booklet is covered with a gold fabric, the decorated silk band is of a different fabric and a more orange coloured gold. The silk band runs horizontally across the cover. The decoration consists of thick braids in a gentle loops across the silk band, different gold threads are arranged in tight spirals in the void spaced created by the braid loops.
