Edith Valentine Warwicker Nee Carter. Born in Walkerville, South Australia on November 30, 1882. Sister of Annie Victoria Jones (nee Carter). Edith was the tenth and youngest child of William and Jane (nee French) Carter. Married Frederick William Warwicker of Geraldton at Wesley Church Geraldton, on March 18, 1908. They had two children Charles Frederick (born 1909) and Edith Warene (born 1914). The family moved to Perth sometime between 1916 and 1925, first living in Olive street Subiaco then 2 May Street Subiaco. In 1947, the house at 22 Barnfield Road was bequeathed to Edith, who sold it in 1954 to finance a newsagency business for Edith Warene and her husband. After 1954, Edith lived with her daughter and son-in-law first in Victoria Park and then in Lathlain until her death on August 12, 1964. Great grandmother of Lynne Mannolini.
