c. 2009White cardboard box contaning 32 copies of the [RATE BUILDER KEY and Model Notes] booklet. Each of these booklets is 15 pages, including front and back covers. The front and back covers are divided in two horizontally by a thick black line. The top half of the cover is white, while the bottom half is grey. The box also contains two [SRA reading Record] sheets with student names and results written on each sheet. One sheet is for work students have completed at home, while the other is for work they have completed in the classroom.
The Adult Migrant English Project (AMEP) was established in 1948 to provide English language training to recent arrivals to assist with their settlement in Australia. AMEP has been located at 145 Jull St, Armadale, since 2009, but moved into 25 Church Ave, Armadale, on 15/07/2024. This material is part of the reading laboratory used in lessons in English provided by AMEP to newly arrived immigrants.
The AMEP is a free service designed to help migrants improve their English skills. It is funded by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs.
