Dear Sir
I have enclose your monthly a/c current and also the Invoice of Goods of 24 to ? and would have been forwarded the same day but could not be finished as Mr Hicks packed the goods that are on the copying paper and they were not sufficient to fill the case so he left it at his leisure in the meantime I went to the mines and did not return until yesterday morning and I found that he had sent the case filling up with shirts and blankets – so you must blame others in the store for not sending the invoice and leave – “impracticable and impolite” out of the question this time as as regards – myself – and at all times it will not be fault if invoices are not sent. The error on the invoice on the 21st ult is £1.19.6.
The good net price is 9.17.3
Goods for disch £8.8.3
Disct off 1.13.7 6.14.8
£16.11.17
And should be £16.11.11 instead of £14.12.3 Balance £1.19.6 which I will charge to ? A/c as I cannot alter the invoice you can rectify it in your invoice book.
In haste
Yours truly
Mr V Trew
