From the ribbon on the ram in the photograph the ram was awarded a prize at the Gnowangerup Show in 1933.

Below the photograph on the right hand side on the mount in handwritten in black lettering is "Wm J. Ford Photo Katanning".

On the back of the photograph handwritten in black ink is "H.O. Beeck" and handwritten in red ink is "Stud Breed One of the first".
