Installation taking place on first floor. Display dummy to the left foreground of the photo; staircase left background; open trapdoor can be seen in the floor in front of the equipment being installed.
A late Victorian-era working flour mill display was created in Connor's Mill, Toodyay in 1994 with milling equipment donated by Weston Milling after their Northam Mill had been modernised. The machines were moved, restored and installed by volunteer labour.
