Negative appears to have been heat sealed in plastic sleeve which now has wrinkles across negative with curled edges.
A cropped head section of this photo is published on p. 54 of Rica Erickson's book, ' Old Toodyay and Newcastle'.
Ewen Mackintosh was a cousin to the Macpherson brothers and became a shepherd for the Drummonds. He came to Western Australia in 1841.
