Blow Glass Jar Butter churn
c. 1940Glass & metal "Blow" 3/30 hand cranked kitchen butter churn. The base is a 3 quart squarish glass jar with a tarnished brass screw-on lid. Inside the jar are 3 small wooden paddles that are attached to a vertical iron rod. This rod pierces the lid and connects up to the gearing system above the lid which has an iron casing painted red. The iron crank handle has a red handle and connects to the gearing system. A faded label is attached to the front in the middle of the embossed lettering.
