Top of the pennant folded over a rod and sewn in place. Cone shaped wood caps on ends of rod. Yellow cord tied off at each end of the rod.
On the back is a white manufactures tag with blue text and text written in black pen.

Historical information

It was tradition for when Rotary Clubs met they exchanged their club banners. This banner was exchanged from the Rotary Club of Indianola of Iowa in the USA. They were displayed by the Armadale Neerigen Rotary Club.
