Overview

White cloth rectangle shaped pennant with yellow cloth fringe across bottom curved end and blue boarded down sides. In the top half of the pennent is the outline of the nation of Bolivia with a dot showing the location of the national capital Santa Cruz De La Sierra. Two flags rise out of the outline just above the dot showing where the capital is. Each flag is on a grey role that are on an angle allowing the bottom ends of each pole to cross. The right flag features three horizontal lines, red, yellow and green, the colours of the national flag of Bolivia. The left flag feature three vertical stripes, green, white and green representing the flag of Santa Cruz De La Sierra.
Blue text under image [ROTARY CLUB / SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA]. Under this is the gold/bronze and blue cog shaped Rotary International logo. Blue text under logo [DISTRITO 4690 / SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA / BOLIVIA].
Top of pennant folded over and stitched in place forming an tube. Threaded through the tube is a yellow coloured metal rod with the ends bent to form loops. Through the loop is tied a yellow cord with feathered ends that forms a loop to hang the pennant.

Historical information

It was tradition for when Rotary Clubs met they exchanged their club banners. This banner was exchanged from the Rotary Club of Santa Cruz De La Sierra in Bolivia. They were displayed by the Armadale Neerigen Rotary Club.
