Along the bottom is yellow tassel

The back is clear and see-through.

Historical information

It was tradition for when Rotary Clubs met they exchanged their club banners. This banner was exchanged from the Rotary Club of Bunbury Leschenault. They were displayed by the Armadale Neerigen Rotary Club.
