Ticket for the raffle held by the Armadale Mundijong Caledonian Society for the 1st Armadale Scout Group Hall Building Fund. The new hall was opened 24/06/1982. The ticket was issued to a member of the Rowe family. They won third prize which was goods to the value of $40.
The raffle was drawn at an event held on September 9 1981 at the Armadale district Hall.

These 20cent raffle tickets were issued by the Armadale Mundijong Caledonian society who were raising money in 1981 for the 1st Armadale Scouts new scout hall. This ticket was issued to a member of the Rowe family. They won third prize, which was goods to the value of $40.
The Mundijong and Districts Caledonian Society was founded in 1940 to celebrate Scottish heritage and culture. The Mundijong & District Caledonian Society also formed a Scottish Pipe music band that operated for many years. The society folded in 1983 due to falling membership.
