Historical information

Ticket for the raffle held by the Armadale Mundijong Caledonian Society for the 1st Armadale Scout Group Hall Building Fund. The new hall was opened 24/06/1982. The ticket was issued to a member of the Towning family who was living at the 'The Grove', a part of Dale Cottages and they won first prize which was a return Greyhound Express bus trip from Perth to Adelaide. The raffle was drawn at an event held on September 9th. 1981 at the Armadale district Hall.

These 20 cent raffle tickets were issued by the Armadale Mundijong Caledonian society who were raising money in 1981 for the 1st Armadale Scouts new scout hall. This ticket was issued to a member of the Towning family who was living at The Grove, part of Dale Cottages. They won first prize which was a return Greyhound Express bus ticket from Perth to Adelaide.
