Lockier Clere Burges (1814-86) was a free settler who went into partnership with E. Hamersley and S.P. Phillips to take up pastoral land at Irwin and Greenough.
James Murphy (1834-?) was convicted of robbery with violence and was sent to Western Australia in 1858 (no.4856).
