Transfer of wheat note from R. Willimott
1865hand written note on paper
Robert Willimott (1831-1902) was convicted of malicious wounding to resist apprehension by a police officer and sent to Western Australia in 1854 (no.2781). He took up farming at Greenough, married, raised a family and was later reconvicted of sheep stealing.
John Mills (1824-1900) was a free settler who took up land east of Geraldton at Narra Tarra.
