Inscriptions and markings

In the top left hand corner of the postcard in brown typed lettering is "View New Distillery Great Southern Vineyards F.&C. PIESSE Kataanning"

On the back of the postcard printed in blue lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with a heading for left hand column of "FOR CORRESPONDENCE" and the right hand column of "FOR ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "PLACE POSTAGE STAMP HERE" in the square. On the left vertical side of the postcard in brown lettering is "N. P. G. PRINTED IN BERLIN FOR POWELL & SON".
