LONG SLEEVE POLO SHIRT - ARMADALE GOSNELLS LANDCARE GROUP
c. 2010Blue long-sleeve polyester cotton blend collared polo shirt with a breast pocket on the right side. The shirt has a V neck opening with three buttons on the right side to do up the collar. There is a round, white, cloth logo sewn over the left breast. On the logo is a drawing of a red crustacean (possibly a marron) with blue text around the edge that reads: [Armadale Gosnells / Landcare Group].
There is a black maker's tag under collar. Text on front side reads: [LWR / 20/XL / To Fit Chest 105cm / MADE IN CHINA]. On the back of the tag are washing instructions.
This top was worn by Cam Clay, a Bedfordale resident who first joined the Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group in 1998. He was a strong supporter of protecting and restoring the local environment in the Armadale-Gosnells region. The Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group is a community organisation formed in 1998 due to their concern over the environmental degradation of local environments, particularly waterways.
