Fast Eddy's was a Western Australian 24-hour fast-food restaurant chain started in Perth in 1978 by Christopher and Con Somas. The brothers sold the business in 1996 and the new owners decided to expand the business in Western Australia as well as in other states. Competition from larger global fast-food chains such as McDonald's who around the same time also started to trade 24hrs saw the business go into receivership in 2002 and the restaurants in the Eastern States close down. In Western Australia the name and menu could be used in Fast Eddy's franchises. In 2008 a franchise opened in the new Armadale Central Shopping Centre food hall. The store operated through to 2019, the same year the original Perth Fast Eddy's restaurant closed. In 2024 the space where the store was located along with neighbouring food hall restaurant spaces was redeveloped and turned into a Dome Cafe.
