REVERSE: Handwritten in blue ink: 'No: 8'.

Upside down and underneath is a purple ink stamp 'ANAND STUDIO,/ Specialists in/ Portraits & Group Photo's/ Gurdwara Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi'.

Historical information

These taps were installed by Messrs E M Allcock and Mohatta Ltd at the village of Jatheri, 20 miles from Delhi. A Metters type 'K' windmill and a 4,000 gal water storage tank supplied the taps.
