HONOUR BOARD: SUBIACO LAWN TENNIS CLUB
1958 - 1963Rectangular honour board with peaked top. The face is varnished plywood mounted on a solid backing of four heavy planks. The top curved surround is solid wood framing the name of the club and with 'Club Champions' on its lower cross bar, both in gold lettering. The Subiaco Lawn Tennis Club was situated on the eastern side of Kitchener Park Bowling Club. It was a very active and enthusiastic club until the late 1950s. The final Club Cup competition was held in 1961 when the championship was won by Ross Gerrans. There was no competition the following year and the club closed in 1963.
