Sepia copy. Front and side view of house. Gabled roof of terracotta shingles? extending over verandah which wraps around corner of house from front door to French doors of projecting room. Drive/pathway to house borders lawn with flower beds and shrubs. Five young children (The Creagh Children) seated on lawn with a dog and a lawnmower.

Historical information

Originally Location 621, Lots 48, 49, 50 & 51. First owner occupier listed was RB Creagh. Possibly built the house years earlier. Aaround 1912, the family moved to Nungarin and began to rent the property. In 1919, J Sinclair who was renting for a few years. Bought the property. In 1921 it was know as 3 Goldsworthy Road. Later owner Frank Tupper begins to subdivide the porperty and by 1938 the house has the new number of 5 Goldsworthy Road.
