Companion photo to another held in the Shire of Toodyay collection, 2001.1540 which appears to have been taken at the same time from the same location at the summit of Mt. Anderson but with the view in a slightly different direction. That photo shows the Templar Hall without the extension which happened in 1924, therefore dating this image to prior to that date.
