Vertical cream postcard with black and white print and blue flowers. There is a forrest at night in a horizontal oval in the top left, which is sorrounded by 5-pointed leaves. A wishbone hangs from the leaves in the bottom left. There is a triad of three blue flowers with small green leaves in the centre right. Message below this reads 'hearty greetings / My greeting's couched in / simple phrase, / But still it unto you / conveys / The most sincere and kind / regard / E'er carried by / a Christmas Card.'
Reverse has a cursive handwritten messasge in blue pen which reads ' to Mrs Dennis / with best / wishes / from / Dorothy'
