Overview

A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing North. There is a green truck parked along the right side of the road pointing South. Two men, one in a blue shirt and pants and one in an orange vest and blue shorts are standing next to the truck. Partially obscured behind the truck is a yellow tractor. There is another yellow tractor along the left side of the road. A woman in a pink shirt and patterned shorts is walking across the road. Along the left and right side of the image shopfronts are visible, with pedestrians on both sides of the road and a street surveyor on the left. On the right side of the photograph, a white and orange sign states 'BANK R&d', and a vertical red sign with black lettering reads 'TIMEWELLS'. The signage for 'BEECHERS' is also visible. The spire of St Joseph's church is can be seen in the top right corner of the image. On the bottom right corner, a red date stamp reads '21 1 '89'.
Reverse: A printed label reads 'ROKEBY ROAD UPGRADING - , BARKER ROAD TO BAGOT ROAD, 21/1/89'
