Overview

A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing North. There are two traffic lights visible. Both have yellow poles and are showing a green light. One is on the left side of the road and one is in the middle of the road. Also in the middle of the road, yellow signage with black lettering blocks off the left hand side of the road, reading 'ROAD CLOSED', 'PARKING' with an arrow pointing left, and 'DETOUR' with a double-sided arrow pointing left and right. Shopfronts are visible on both sides of the road. On the left, the closest stores have a second storey. The second storey is a white building with a white arcade. Lettering above the arcade reads 'DOYLE COURT'. On the right side of the road, visible signage includes the Australia Post logo and lettering, and a vertical red sign that reads 'TIMEWELLS'. A red date stamp in the bottom right corner of the image reads '21 1 '89'.
Reverse: A printed label reads 'ROKEBY ROAD UPGRADING - , BARKER ROAD TO BAGOT ROAD, 21/1/89'
