A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing South. Two street lights are visible on both sides of Rokeby Road. There is a yellow front-end loader tractor on the left side of the image facing South. Also on the left side of the image, the wheel and right side view mirror of another vehicle is visible. There is another front-end loader tractor on the right side of the image facing North. There is no curb on the right side of the road, only yellow sand. There are two piles of construction materials lying in the middle of the road, likely the removed curb. Shopfronts are visible along the right side of Rokeby Road. In the bottom left corner of the photograph there is a brick median strip with a short sign. The sign has a yellow pole and white back. Only the back of the sign is visible. On the bottom right corner of the image, a red date stamp reads '21 1 '89'.
