Overview

A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing South. In the middle of the road there is a man wearing an orange vest, black shirt and white pants. On the right side of the road, there is another man in an orange vest wearing a white shirt and black shorts. There is also a women in a white blouse and black skirt. On the left side of Rokeby Road there are metal road blocks and yellow street signs with black lettering. The street signs read 'ROAD CLOSED', 'PARKING, REAR OF SHOPS - ROWLING ST' with an arrow pointing right and 'DETOUR' with two black triangles pointing left and right. Shopfronts are visible on both sides of the road. On the left, a red sign with white lettering reads 'ANGUS & ROBERTSON, BOOKSHOPS' and a vertical red sign with black lettering reads 'TIMEWELLS'. The closest building on the left has a second storey with an exterior of red panelling. On the bottom right corner of the photograph there is a red date stamp which reads '21 1 '89'.
