Oblong wooden reddish-brown lacquered glove box.
a) Lid decorated with oriental scene depicting a house, trees and swallows in golden tints.
b) Bottom half of box is plain.
The glove container was formerly kept on the dressing table of donor's mother and used to store her long necklaces. See 1992.63 a+b and 1992.64.
