Rectangular black plastic case with lid, inside is a circular raised section in which the D.V.D. sits, held in place by a push to release clip.
The case has a clear plastic cover.

Historical information

The disc was acquired after a Museum display of locally made items of which Kay's teddy bears played a part.
Kay Cooper is a world renowned teddy bear maker and resident of the Armadale area for over 30 years. Kay runs several weekly craft workshops for local residents. She also operated a craft store in Kelmscott.
Kay Cooper produced this D.V.D. to demonstrate the art of making teddy bears.
