Motor Spirit Consumer's Licence

The licence was issued to N.E. Neve, of Pingrup, the licence lists his occupation as a Farmer. The licence is for motor spirits for a Bedford Truck. During and after the Second World War rationing of motor spirits was necessary to conserve fuel supplies for important industries.
