Also along the bottom text:[COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA / IF NOT DELIVERED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS, RETURN TO / The COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL REGISTRAR / AT - - - ]. On the right-hand side [POST FREE]
The Armadale Hall was a regular polling station from 1936 to the 1970s
Postal voting was available to the public at the first official Federal Election held under the Commonwealth Electoral Act in 1903. It was briefly abolished in 1911 and reinstated in 1918.
