Overview

Grey/purple glazed, slip cast, triangular ashtray with grooves for 3 cigarettes and central depression. The top-side apex bears the Rotary International wheel in gold and blue, with '245th DISTRICT' underneath. At the base of the triangle on the topside there are two intersecting quadrangles the large of which contains the words 'A Welcome / FROM THE CENTRE OF / ROTARY FELLOWSHIP' and the smaller contains the words "Subiaco / 1959 ". The reverse is plain glazed in the same grey/purple with a deep clean foot, and the centre shows the crown with 'WEMBLEY - QUALITY WARE -' in a circle with a styalised 'WB' in the centre. There is also a gold underlined '1'.
