c. 1910Coloured postcard depicting a young lady sitting on a low garden wall with trees in the background. She wears a long dress with a stole draped over her shoulders. With her left hand she plucks petals off a bunch of roses held in her right hand. The following lines are printed in red across the top of the card: 'She plucks the leaves off, one by one and murmurs soft and low - He loves me, not, a little, much but passionately, Ah no.' On the reverse the donor has written in ink: 'Over 60 years.'
