Overview

An elegant circular hand beaded evening bag from early 20th C, which passed down 3 generations of a Guild member.

Made of cream silk fabric embellished with hand embroidered seed beads - white, gold and bronze in leaf spray design. Gilt metal frame with gilt metallic filigree balls as clasp. Lined with silk and has a small gathered pocket on one side.

N.B. Beads are coming off.
