Dessert Serving Dish
Oval dessert serving dish with small side handles ,on a small pedestal. The edge of the dish is decorated in a gold leaf pattern over a blue background. The rest of the dish is decorated in a very busy pattern of red ribbons and flowers with small blue and gold leaves.

On the underside 5335.
The donation form claims that this plate was used in a dinner service by Russian Royalty however the Busselton Historical Society have been unable to verify this provenance. The design and pattern of the plate is very similar in design to Prussian dishes and it could have been part of a dessert service.
