Subcollections
Overview

A small one piece knife, similar to a jigger knife.

Historical information

A jigger / chamfer knife is a specialised woodworking tool used mainly by barrel makers (coopers) to bevel or round the edges of wooden staves. Unlike a general-purpose cutting knife, the jigger's blade is shaped for precision bevelling, not cutting through material.
