METAL CLAMP & HOOK
A black metal forged hook & clamp with an arrow head at the end of it.
The shank feeds into a cylindrical tube and exits and has a nut solidly fixed. The shank is heat welded to the tube. The hook shows signs that a rope may have passed through it or a heavy bag was attached.
This is a utilitarian clamp designed to attach to a cylindrical pole, pipe, or railing, providing a sturdy hook from which to hang or secure various items. It consists of an C-shaped clamp portion with a tightening bolt and a curved hook extending from the side.
