BADGE - ROTARY INTERNATIONAL

Overview

On the front a small circular badge with a ring of 10 plastic diamonds, surrounding a golden cog with a blue outline that reads [ROTARY / INTERNATIONAL].
On the back is the divots from the diamonds, and a metal point where the clasp would grip onto.

Historical information

Collected by a member of Armadale Neerigen Brook Rotary Club.
The Rotary Club of Neerigen which later changed its name to the Rotary Club of Armadale-Neerigen was founded in 1982. The club was involved in numerous fundrasing events and sponsored several exchange students as well as overseas programs. Members would regularly attend Rotatory events locally, nationally and internationally as well as visit other Rotary clubs around the world. The club folded due to a lack of members in 2012.
