There is a marker's mark on the back.

Historical information

The Australian Technical College was opened in the City of Armadale in 2007 as a training centre for Year 11 and 12 students to assist them in getting a trade apprenticeship.

The college changed its name to the Australian Trades College in 2010. The college was located on 41-45 Commerce Avenue until its closure in 2013 following cuts in its funding from the Federal Government in early 2013.

In 2009, the City of Armadale was a sponsor of the Australian Technical College who were operating in the City of Armadale from 2007 on Commerce Avenue until its closure due to cuts in Federal funding in 2013.

The plaque was presented to the City of Armadale by the Australian Technical College for their sponsorship of the Federal training program.
