The logo for the Perak Football Association is placed on the top below text that reads [With Best Compliments]. The logo itself is a shield with a lions head in a wreath of leaves. Beneath this is a ribbon that reads [PERAK] with the letters [F.A.] at the bottom point of the shield.

The text below the logo reads [Perak Football Association / Malaysia / In Conjunction Visiting / Perth, Australia / 14th - 25th January 2004].

Historical information

Gift plaque from the Perak Football Association team who play in the top Malaysian league.

In January 2004 they were the reigning Malaysian Champions and had a series of friendly games against Perth teams including the Armadale Soccer Club, which at that time played in Perth's A division.

In January 2014 the then Malaysian Championship team Perak FA had a friendly tour of Perth where they played the Stirling Lions, Cockburn City and Armadale SC soccer clubs.

The team returned home undefeated.

A plaque such as this was given by the club to the host for each game.
