Rectangular wooden board overlaid with a beaten copper skin depicting the coat of arms for the [CITY OF ARMADALE 1985].

It has a central shield divided into three segments: the top features the Narrogin Inn; the lower left features citrus trees on the side of a hill; and the lower right features the Narrogin Brook.

Surrounding the shield is a belt buckled at the bottom left with [CITY OF ARMADALE 1985] written around the top. The bottom right hand corner has the word [Jim] etched into it.
