POSTCARD: CRICKETER BOWLING ACTION SHOT
1900 - 1960Vertical postcard with a colourise photograph of a right-handed man bowling a cricket ball. He is dressed in all white with a button up shirt, cuffed trousers and trainers. He is mid bowl, but appears quite stiff as though the position was staged for the photograph. To his left are a set of wooden stumps with the bails on. The grass extends into the background where there is a wooden fence with dense greenery behind them. There is some stubbing on the corners and some abraisions near the top. There is a vertical tear which cuts through the cricket ball.
