Dora has her dark hair in an updo with a flower on the left side and is holding a boquet of flowers. She is wearing a cream/white dress with ruffled and embroidered sleeves. She is smilting with teeth and looking at the camera. The background has a grey gradient which gets lighter towards the top. In the bottom left corner of the image in very small white type reads: ' Copyright / Rapid Co.' Below the picutre appear the words: 'RAPID / PHOTO CO', 'MISS DORA BARTON.', 'LONDON EC / 3080'.
There is dark brown dotted staining spread across the entire surface.
On the reverse at the top in curved decorative font reads: 'BAS-RELIEF + PHOTO-CARD'.
