POSTCARD: 'WE ARE TOO BUSY TO WRITE'
1907Black and white postcard with a photograph of a couple under a white umbrella. They are seated on a tree stump on the beach, looking out at the waves. Their heads are hidden behind the umbrella. The figure on the right is wearing a long white and the left is whereing a black jacket. They each have a leg exposed wth circular marks on them (bites?)
'We are too busy to write' is written below the photograph.
On the reverse it is addressed to 'Mrs Philp / Lucknow Lodge / Hay St West / Perth' with the words 'Lest we forget' written along the left short edge. There is a red postage stamp with a swan. There is a date stamp which reads '3.30.P.22.NO.07.'
