Overview

Commemorative postcard from the 1927 royal tour of New Zealnad and Australia. Black and white image of the HMS Renown ship in the centre, with the water and british flags colourised. There are black and white portraits of the Duke and Duchess of York (George VI and his wife Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon). 'H.M.S. RENOWN. ROYAL TOUR TO NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA. 1927' in black underlined text at the bottom.

The reverse has 'Post Card / CORRESPONDENCE / ADDRESS' at the top. Two torn black pieces of card on either top corner, perhaps from being removed from a mounting.
