Historical information

Matthew Worsley Clarkson was a Town of Claremont Councillor from 1932-1946.

Married to Jane Lawton Price in Lancashire, England in 1905. The couple arrived in Fremantle in November of 1912

The couple first lived in North Perth and then moved to 60 Bay View Terrace, Royalty, Claremont followed by 3 Park Lane, Claremont.

Post office directories state that he was a greengrocer.
