From the left can be seen a door and 5 balance hung sash windows.
On street level are 5 arched entrances between which (from left) is large sign which reads "The Shamrock Hotel... The most Central in the City".
On the first level there is a sign stating "T.F. Quinlan, Shamrock Hotel, licensed to sell Fermented & Spirituous Liquors."
Slight damage to outer edges,3cm piece missing.
