Overview

a) Black and white copy of photograph of cottage at 75 Heytesbury Road, Subiaco taken 1913. Weatherboard walls with vertical markings making 'block' effect. Iron roof, bullnosed verandah earlier painted with striped effect visible through later paint finish. Small entrance portico, centre of verandah, sash windows, picket fence. Mrs Kennedy in Edwardian dress with Louise Kennedy (6 weeks) in pram on verandahl b) Same house 1976 now has cyclone fence and French doors. The porti and & verandah decoration have been removed. Low verandah walls and house walls rend and d & painted. c) rear of same house 1976 before additions.

Historical information

Builder Mr David Kennedy. The cottage at 75 Heytesbury Road was demolished in March 2005.
